  • Carl Superior, Hard Money Lender – Quick approvals, sometimes same-day, with closings in 14-21 days.

  • Ron Oliveira highlighted ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) as a great way to generate extra income (up to 900 sq. ft.), which can be added to one- or two-family properties.

  • Grace Moniz of Rockland Trust is the go-to for Lines of Credit (LCs) on investment properties – closings in 4-6 weeks, terms up to 10 years, with a minimum 680 credit score required.

  • Tom Lambert of Gate City Mortgage (Fall River) works with 30 different lenders—every deal is unique, but buildings must debt service.
