Landlord Meeting with the Big Guns!

Our main speakers were George Burr and Clerk-Magistrate Joe McIntyre of SE MA Housing Court.

Per George Burr: It’s better to negotiate a settlement and be part of the final decision. More plans, better preparation, better results.

Per Joe: New Bedford Court on Friday, Fall River on Thursday. An agreement cures all ills. New law to seal tenant records. Lawyer of the Day has been a success.

Next meeting: December 5, Whaler Motor Inn, 7 pm. Christmas/Chanukah party with free food. Featuring:
