Clerk-Magistrate Joe McIntyre came to see us. Now lawyer of the day for landlords can see pleadings on MACourt.org & easier to file appeals (not necessarily good for landlords). If you don’t want to accept guest as tenant, don’t accept money from them. Non-tenant who is invited by tenant can easily get rights, be careful. C-M McIntyre always has great advice.
