Check out prospective tenants, google search, credit check, job, MACourts.org, etc. Use online search for tenants. Don’t discriminate. Tenants can request a reasonable accomodation for disabilities. Ancillary fees are your friends, respect yourself, charge a decent rent, written agreements, MTM leases, fully funded at rent signing. Give 30-day notice of rental increases, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t increase rents on a regular basis.
